Domestic violence and social services
In November 2006 Social services took my son into foster care when i
was seperated from my ex partner through domestic violence,.I also had to give
up my eldest son to his dad and gf because of the threats of taking him into
care also.I have not seen him for 2 and half years.
There had been no recent assaults to justify this, the only thing that changed
was my move to Devon which was supposed to have been a 'new start' for me and my
children.
Full story watch my other video's.
Thousands of children are taken away from the family home and the victims of
domestic violence by social workers and judges every year.
Rarely any of these children return home as the victim is accused of failure to
protect. How can a victim who reports domestic violence by ringing the police be
failing to protect? There is a court order that keeps children at home and
excludes the abuser from the home but it is not being used as in my own case!
Please rate this video and get the message out there so we can get the family
courts to use the exclusion order instead of taking children into care and
adopted by new parents never to be seen by any of their natural family again!
The most striking thing about social services is what they tell the foster carer
whom they 'employ' and pay a wage to them for every child they foster. In Dv
cases and probably others they claim that the child HAS suffered from emotional
harm based on no medical evidence what so ever. So foster carers and indeed new
schools/adopters are made to think that the childs aggressive and upset
behaviour in care is down to Domestic violence. When infact in alot of cases it
is down to being in foster care, its called 'group thinking' cognitive
behaviour, look that one up!
